Each service year, tens of thousands of graduates are posted across Ghana. But too many spend it far from their field, and too many companies never discover the talent serving next door. SparkX sits on top of the official NSA process: personnel register with their PIN as usual, then build a verified profile that matches them to companies who actually need their skills.
Companies request fields and slots; personnel see allowance top-ups and match scores before applying; and everyone tracks the year. Milestones, evaluations, certificate. In one place.
